Ronald Gunstanson

As a native Texan, with a robust background in customer service, I have served Texans, in many capacities, for over 30 years.

To quote my former leader and President Emeritus of Southwest Airlines, Colleen Barrett: “We are in the customer service business. We just happen to fly airplanes.”

My goal has always been about the customer (internal and external) regardless of my job function. I have always found ways to serve folks even when it wasn’t a part of my job. I just simply seek them out.

Providing real estate services is more than a set of transactions to me. It is an opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and partner with them for the long term. It energizes me to provide information and guidance to you, your friends and family, and co-workers at any stage of life, not just when it’s time to buy or sell.
